Art + Science Club Meetings on Medicine Lake

The Art + Science Club has been in the lab conducting experiments with liquid nitrogen in preparation for this winter's Art Shanty projects on Medicine Lake. The following two photographs document the interdisciplinary club's first experiment looking into techniques for flash freezing colored liquids. Founded by Carrie Shanahan, Clement Shimizu, and Erik Holtzapple, the club is excited to discuss successful marriages of the arts and sciences and hope to unite potential collaborators on further projects.
